Stuck in Quasi-Recovery? The Resource You’ve Been Waiting For… // Eating Disorder Recovery

Uncategorized Mar 09, 2020

Have you been wondering…

What’s the difference between those who achieve long-term full recovery from yo-yo dieting, disordered eating and the never ending cycle of weight loss quests…?

They keep their period and they go about their life?

Versus, people who seem to stay stuck for years, yo-yoing between restricting and recovery, gaining, losing, then re-gaining their weight plus more, bingeing and purging..

residing in this cycle we’ve come to call “quasi-recovery..”

And you wonder… What’s their secret??

…Personally from my recovery journey and now from working extensively with clients, I’ve discovered that there is a significant difference..

I’ve learned what seems to keep some people stuck..

I’ve seen patterns and blocks that keep some stuck..

From this, I’ve harnessed the most powerful tools that I’ve seen to work, to now show YOU too, how to get unstuck, focused, fully committed and on your own path to breaking free and finding the freedom you’ve been fighting for, as well!

Because you do deserve freedom. And Recovery is not only achievable for a select few, but everyone who’s ready, if approached properly!

Do you not know how to deal with weight gain or your body changing??

Do you not even know your identity beyond nutrition and fitness or your body??

Or perhaps this sounds all too familiar…

  • You don’t want Recovery to turn into yet again another set of extreme rules and guilt, like the restrictive diets and lifestyles you’re coming from?
  • You finally want to learn how to accept your body and any weight changes that come along with healing – mentally, physically and emotionally
  • You’ve got your period back and are weight restored for some time and need additional support to keep going because the fears of weight gain and continuing to eat, are strong
  • You still haven’t gotten your period and you’ve been at Recovery for a year or more and need support to not completely give up and lose hope
  • You’ve been “recovering” for a while but still face binge eating or extreme hunger?

Are you freakin’ exhausted of all the rules and restrictions?!

You want to say f*ck it, I’m so done restricting and yo-yoing and dieting, yet… you still don’t know how to take the necessary action, fully let go and commit?!

Yea, I totally get where you are!

I personally yo-yo’d in my Diet Recovery for-freakin-ever…(aka, years), as some of you may know..

Doubting my body, doubting the recovery process (ie, weight gain, water retention, body aches and pains, extreme hunger for months on end, etc..) and as a result staying stuck, frustrated, doubtful and just flat out exhausted!

And I didn’t understand.. I was doing everything in recovery supposedly “right” but I couldn’t seem to stop binge eating..

The extreme hunger seemed to last longer than any suggested timeline I read about or was told, and my body kept gaining weight and holding onto water for far too long it seemed..

But really, I just couldn’t get myself to admit there was a problem with where I was at, a problem with eating here and there but still semi-restricting, a problem with my mindset towards food and my body, a problem with eating 100% clean or safe foods,

I couldn’t fully commit and let go of those final restrictions and extremes I was still holding onto, which were keeping me stuck and yo-yoing between:

recovery and then back to intermittent fasting, and then jumping into recovery again, then back to raw vegan again, then again craving cooked rich foods and back to the recovery process, then back on the ketogenic bandwagon, and then bingeing on carbs and recovery, and then yo-yoing to paleo and gluten free and then my body forcing me into recovery this time, and so on and so forth…

until finally I got to the point where I was so done and fed up,

that I was able to commit,

by implementing what I teach in this new course of mine called “Find Your Balance & Break Free From Quasi Recovery,” and applying these epiphanies to MY journey,

and now having had the honor and opportunity to share these exact tools with my clients

to push through the difficult times and stay motivated when the doubts and fears try to take control of them constantly along their recovery journey.

And yes, I did prolong the process unknowingly, and I now see other’s prolonging their progress too.

Unfortunately, I see a lot of people stuck in this state of “quasi-recovery” with the same struggles.

That’s the main type of person that comes to me for guidance, although not all, which was the driving factor to the birth of the Find Your Balance course.

I want to show you why you’re stuck, what’s keeping you stuck, and how to get un-stuck! Because you absolutely can! And I believe I can help you get on the right track!

So….Why am I asking you all these questions?

Well, I have exciting news, like I mentioned above, I’ve been getting such great results with my clients that I decided to put all those powerful tools into one place, for you to access and apply to your recovery too!

I’ve been working extra hard on this new resource and it’s finally here for your use!

If any of this resonated with you, and you have been looking for extra guidance to finally commit and step into full-ass 100% recovery, this resource is for you!

I want to share with you my new “Find Your Balance, Break Free From Quasi Recovery E-Course”

Again, if any of this intrigues you at all, take that as your intuition my friend, and be okay with taking a leap of faith, and allowing me to guide you to your own discovery of freedom for yourself.

Allow yourself to take that next step in your recovery, and believe that you are worthy of full recovery and freedom, no more half-ass recovery!

P.S. My program, my guidance, my approach to recovery is not another set of rules or should’s and should nots, but instead as guidance, to point you in the right direction; in turn, you’ll reconnect with your body again.

The whole goal is to get away from food obsessions and rituals to promote freedom and listening to one’s body.

My goal is to help people empower themselves to listening to their body and true self (intuition), rather than relying on outside sources all the time..

To find your own identity rather than trying to conform and morph into others identities.

This content and guidance is there with the intentions to help encourage you to not fear your body or hunger,

So you can define, for yourself, your own true self, identity, balance and path again.

I’m not here to give you a “truth”;

I’m more of a guide, a pointer TO the truth that you must discover for yourself.

As I’ve learned from Bruce Lee, (lol),
“A good teacher encourages the student to explore himself, both internally and externally, until, ultimately, the student is integrated with his being.”
